We now have tickets on sale for our second anniversary dinner. The menu is as follows:
braised beef short ribs, root vegetable mashed, natural jus
beer poached brats, roasted onions, beer braised sauerkraut,
green peppercorn mustard, whole wheat buns
pasta salad, sundried tomato, fresh basil, pine nuts, roasted garlic vinaigrette
Tickets are $20 each and include your first pour and chances to win door prizes and gift certificates. We will also be releasing the much anticipated big batch of Liberty Two, our dry hopped version of the popular double IPA also known as Siamese Dream.
