A busy week for Liberty Street

We have been invited by the Canton Rotary to be the beer supplier to the beer tent at Canton Liberty Fest this year. We are very excited to be a part of such a well named event, and have already been well received. Come down and enjoy fresh crafted beer at this festival, there are plenty of tents to stay shaded under while watching the band play. The beer tent is open from 4-10 today, and 11-10 tomorrow when the fireworks go off.
Then Saturday at DTE Energy Theater, we will be represented by Harry and Karen for their Summer Beer Fest. There will be four beers on tap plus three more brands being poured from the bottle just from us, so there is probably going to be a terrific selection throughout the event.
Rob and Jill will be showcasing a new cooperative beverage with McClure’s, of pickle fame. Introducing McClure’s American Michelada, made with McClure’s amazing (emphasis on -zing) Bloody Mary mix and Liberty Street’s The American IPA and a splash of lime. Bob and I developed this drink to be sampled at Westborne Market in Dearborn tomorrow when we have our other beers, and he has his pickles. It is a “Meet Michigan Vendors” in the parking lot under a tent, so there are many other items to try.
And not to be left out, Studly Monk is back on tap for a limited time only. This our version of a Belgian Tripel using juniper berries instead of the traditional coriander seed.
