Oktoberfest this week!

Ok, so the traditional celebration date of Oktoberfest is in late September and into October, and this has gone on for over 200 years. Here we bring you our fifth version of the Octoberfest/Marzen style beer that is made by almost every brewery out there. Our Oktoberfest beer is made with all the traditional German ingredients. German malts leave a caramel-like character that is supported by a light hop bitterness from Hersbrucker hops.
Oktoberfest 2014And for the third year in a row, we are having the wonderful kitchen staff at The Inn at St. John’s prepare a beer paired dinner in celebration of Oktoberfest. Call now and reserve your place at the table – spots are limited and moving very fast. The food alone is well worth the price of this event, but then you get beer samples and entertainment as well. I really hope to see you there!
