Not third world… that’s good old fashioned American capitalism at work – it is still extortion in my book, but the courts say it’s ok. What get’s me is that once they locked in the legal ability to charge for it, they also had a restriction put in to limit the companies to the three that are currently running. So BMI, ASCAP and SECAP are the only ones that can charge for this… no one else can start a new company that provides this licensing – that seems rather unconstitutional to me.

The Naked Sunday will be on tap starting Wednesday night at 7:00 when our Mug Club meets. We will also be releasing a small batch of our Amber Waves American Wheat beer that night.
